Proposed Loan for Ex'ending the Shed and Wharf Accommodation at Ka whia, and for Erecting Launch Wharves and Sheds at Oparau, Awaroa and Kinobaku. THE KAWHIA COUNTY COUN CIL propose to raise a Loan of £5OO for a term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per annum, and it is proposed to STRIKE A BATE of 0 1-204 in the £ on the unimproved value of all land? in the Kawhia County, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges cn the above loan. The broposed security for the re p yment is the revenue derivtd from v barf dues and the special rate of 0 1 20d in the £. The cost of raising the loan to be paid out of wharfage J. K. 'VyOTICE is hereby given that at a -a. v Special Meeting of the Council, held on Fie 6th May, 1907, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, Striking a Special Rate of 1 ll j.6d in the £ on the uniorproved rateable value of the land in the Pi rongia West Special Rating District, to provide interest and other charges on a loan of £1750, for Forming and Metalling the Pirongia West Road, the currency of such loan being a period of 41 years, at 4 per cent, per annum. And it is further notified that a meeting of the said Council will be held on the 17th June, 1907, to confirm the said Special Orders, a copy of which may be seen at the County Office. J. K.
