THE KAWHIA COUNTY COUN CIL propose to raise a Loan of £5OO for a term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per annum, and it is proposed to STRIKE A BATE of 0 1-204 in the £ on the unimproved value of all land? in the Kawhia County, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges cn the above loan. The broposed security for the re p yment is the revenue derivtd from v barf dues and the special rate of 0 1 20d in the £. The cost of raising the loan to be paid out of wharfage J. K.
