Proposed Loan for the Widening and Metalling of the Okupata Road. rpHE Kawhia County Council pro pose to RAISE A LOAN of £1750 for the term of 44 years at 4 per cent, per annum, for the Okupata Road. It is proposed to Strike a Rate of in tbe £ on the unimproved value of tbe following lands abutling ou tbe said road : —Sections 5,6, 6a, 7. 8,9, 11, 12, 18. Block V, Pirongi. Wes’, sections 4,6, 7, block VIII, Kawhia North, and half rates on sections 2 and 8, block VIII, Kawhia North, and on T. Anderson's native lease and all native land adj lining tbe road. The proposed security for the repayment is to be the thirds accruing and the special rate of 1 7 8d in the £. THE Kiwbia County Council propose to RAISE A LOAN of' £1750 for the term of 44 years at 4 per cent, per annum for the Pirongia West Road, from the junction with the Okupata Road to section 8, block I, Pirongia West. It is proposed to strike a rate of 1 11-16 d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lauds abutling on the said road :—Sections 1. 2 and 3, block I, Pirongia West, sections 1 and 2, block IV, Kawhia North, section 1, block VIII, sections 1,2, 8,4, bl£goc V, Pirongia West ; and half rates on sections 2 and 3, block VIII. Proposed Loan for the Widening and Metalling of the Mahoenui-Kawbia Rd. THE Kawhia County Council propose to RAISE A LOAN of £5OOO for a term of 44 years at 4 per cent per annum, for widening and metalling the Maboenui Kawhia Road, from Lemon Point to tbe Marakopa River. It is proposed to strike a rate of 8£ 1 in tbe £ on the unimproved value over tbe following lands as se curity for interest and sinking fund on the proposed loan :—Ail those sections abutting tbe said Mahoenui-Kawhia Road from Lemon Point to where the Mahoenui-Kawbia Road crosses the Marakopa River, and a rate of 1 13 16d in the £ on sections 21, 22, 23, block I, section la, block 111, sections la, 2, 11, 12, block V, sections 4,8, block VI, sections 2,3, block IX, section 8, block X. Tbe proposed security for the repayment of such loan to be the thirds ac cruing, and the special rate of B£d in the £.
