KINOHAKU FARMERS' UNION.

(to the editor.) Sir, —In your issue of the 15th of June appears a letter signed “ Member Farmers’ Union ” that can only be characterised as a tissue of unmitigated rot, It the writer is not an arrant cur and will sign his name the next time he writes, I will promise him that ho will have an opportunity of facing a pillory that will not be “ iconoclastic,” but will be more effec live. Thanking you for the space you have afforded me.—Yours, etc., STANLEY H. CARR.
