THE Kawbia County Council pro pose to RAISE A LOAN of £1750 for the term of 44 years at 4 per cent, per annum, for the Okupata Boad. It h proposed to Strike a Rate »f I|l in fhe £ on the unimproved value of the fullowing lands abutiing o i the said road -.-—Sections 5,6, 6a, 7, 8,9, 11, 12. 18. Block V, Pirongia West, reations 4,6, 7, block VIII, Kawhia Nonh, and on sections 2 and 8, block VIII, Kawbia North, and on T. Anderson’s native lease and all native land adjoining the read. The propo ed security for the repayment is to be the thirds accruing and the special rate of 1 7 8d in the £. West Road, from the junction with the Okupata Road to section 3, block I, Pirongia West. It is proposed to strike a rate of 1 11-16 d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on the said road :—Sections 1,2 and 3, bbek I, Pirongia West, sections 1 wd 2, block IV, Kawbia North, sec ion 1, block VIII, sections 1,2, 3,4, Pirongia West; and on sections 2 and 3, block VIII.
