ELLIOTT—PERHAM. On Monday last, at Beresford street Congregational Church, Auckland, a wedding of local interest was solemnized, when Mr A. W. Elliott, of Oparau, eldest son of Mrs Elliott, of Woodv.lle, was married to Miss Ella Perham, daughter of the late Luke and Theresa Perham, of Kawhia, formerly of Akaroa. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. R. Mitchell. The bride looked charming in a dress of cream satin, with the cusiomaay veil and wreath and carried a handsome bridal bouquet. Miss Mary Per him was bridesmai 1, herdtess being of white .-ilk, with a white felt hat to match. Mr O. Perham was best man, an 1 Mr A. Perham groomsm.tn, the bride being given away by her mother. M i t.r Eric Elliott acted as page b >y, his saiL-r costume of cr. am with blue t icings being very pretty. “Me and Mrs Elliott intend spending their honeymoon in Australia, and left by ths B.s. Manuka on Tuesday, proceeding via Dunedin aud Hobart. The presents were numerous and costly, and we regret being unable to publish a detailed list. The bridegroom's present to the tyride was a g>ld watch and chain, aid to the bijdesmaid a g<4d chain aqd locket.
