SHEEP URNS.

(TO IMS EDITOR.) Sir, —Some months ago I noticed you published noma returns ta to the □umber of’ebaep that each settler in this distriot owned, and a decrease from the previous year was notioesble io nearly every instance. The cense of thia decrease is the feat of the difficulty which is experienced in getting the sheep on to the sections, owing to the had state (and in some instances the absence of) of the roads. I just give this information so that outsiders may not think that thia district is not suited for sheep raising, as this is one □I the best localities I know of tor that purpose.—Yours, etc., SHEEP FABMER.
