Just when going to press wo ref ceived a wire from Raglan, stating that the Raglan cricketers would play Kawbia on the Raglan ground on Saturday, March 11th. Mr Geo. Maxted, of Kawhia, yesterday received news of the death of his mother, which took place at Marton 1 on Monday. Mrs Maxted, who bad attained the great age of 84 years, waa highly respected by a very large circle oi friends, who regret her tom very deep!;.
