NGARUAWAHIA BALE. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. (Hamilton.) report:—On Friday, at Ngarnawahia, wa had a foil yarding of cattle. A good number of buyers were proeent from Waingaro, Mataamta, and the Upper and Low.r Waikato. Cuuipetrfitm was fairly brisk thioughont, prices being elightlv better, especially for young stock. (Hamilton) report: On Sate urday test we held a clearing sale of live and dead sto'k at Pirongia on account of Mr George Berry. There was a large attendance of settlers from tbe netghbourtood and surrounding districts, and good prioss were obtained throughout for the farming implements, furniture, eto, bnt owing, ao doubt, to the season being to for advanced, a number of the oows and haifoss in milk did net fetch their value.
