HUGE GERMAN REINFORCEMENTS. Petrograd, Fiday. The baUle of the Niemen, on the Bubr-Narew-Viatula front, is developing into one of the greatest of the war. Aviators report the Germans are pouring reinforcements into all sections. The Russian motor cars, near Prasnysz, did splendid service, in several instances foiling the enemy's flanking movements. There was heroic fighting in the Mlwa district between the railway and the Orzyc river where u Jarge German force repeatedly attacked a village of great, strategic importance. The Russians retained the village, but only sixty of the defenders wore not wounded.
