Mr Justice Chapman arrived this morning from Wellington, and Mr Justica Cooper arrives this afternoon frotn Auckland, tn preside at the enquiry into the Taumarunui election, in which Mr C. K. Wilpon, the defeated candidate has lodged a petition. Both judges are to stay at Mr Morgan's Commercial Hotel.
