WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. "SPECIAL ORDER." Special Order authorising the raising of a Loan of £3340 over tbs Ahoroa Special Rating District of the Waitomo County for the. purpose of Forming, Culverting, and Metalling, about ten miles of the Ahoroa Road. A SPECIAL MEETING to confirm the # following Special Order (passed b"y the Waitomo County Council at a Special meeting held at Te Kuiti on the 15th day of February, 1915) will be held at the County Office, Te Kuiti, on Monday the 15th day of March, 1915, moved by Cr Berry and seconded by Cr Scholes: —. THAT in nursuance and exercise of the powers veßted in it in that behalf enabling by the Countieß Act 1908, and amendments thereto, the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913, and in particular by section 1G of the Local Bodies Loana Act 1913, and all other Acts, if any, it enabling anid with the consent of the ratepayers of the Ahoroa Special Rating District, testified by a petition Bigned by not lesM than three-fourthß of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating District, the Capital Value of whose properties a3 acpearing on the Valuation Roll of the said district is collectively greater than the Capital Values, of the properties of the ratepayers who dijd not so consent, tne Waitomo County Council herebji reßolve3 by way of a Special ' Order that the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raiaing of a loan of £3340 for the purpose of Forming, Culverting, and metalling about ten milesof the Ahoroa road within the Ahoroa Special Rating District and hereby declares that the first year's interest on the said Loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised. Description of Boundaries. Commencing at the Southern corner of section Te Kuiti 2 B No. 11, joining the Te Kuiti township, thence along the Mangaokewa stream in a Houth-eaßterly direction to the Northeast corner of section 1 block 8, Otanake, thence along the eastern boundary of the said \jection to the North-west corner, of Rangitoto-Tuhua 688, thence along the northern and eastern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 688 to the. South-west corner of section Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 680; thence along the southern boundaries of Ran-gitoto-Tuhua 68 0, Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 26 F 2 A, the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of RangitotoTuhua No. 35 H No. 2, to the Northwest corner of Rangioto-Tuhua No. 2 No. 5B; thence along the northern boundary of the said section to the Waipa river, thep'ce along the Wa'P a river in a northerly direction to the South-east corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 35 G 2; thence along the southern boundary of the said section atld portion of the western boundary of section Rangitoto-Tuhua 35 G- 2 I to a point separating section RangitotoTuhua 26 F section 2 C from sections Rangitoto-Tuhua 26 F 2, D, sections 1 and 2; thence in a westerly direction through sections Rangitoto-Tuhua 26F 2, Rangitcto - Tuhua 68 A, Ran-gitoto-Tuhua No. 7, Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64, to the North-aast corner of Te Kuiti 2 B No. 4; thence along the northern boundaries of Te Kuiti 2 B 4 and No. 5, Te Kuiti 2 B No. 6, Te Kuiti 2 B No. 12 B, and the eaßtem boundary of Te Kuiti 2 B No. 11, to a point cutting the said Te Kuiti 2' B No. 11 in half, following an imaginary line to the western boundary of the said section, thence along the western boundary to the starting point. A SPECIAL MEETING to confirm the following Special Order (passed by the Waitomo County Council at a Special Meeting held at Te Kuiti on the 15th day uf February, 1915) will be held at the County Office, Te Kuiti, on Monday ths 15th day of March, 1915, moved by Cr Berry and seconded by Cr Scholes: — THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf enabling by the Counties Act 1908 and amendments thereto, the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913, and in particular by section 16 of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913, and all other Acts, if any, it enabling and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Pakaumanu Special Bating District, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-four.ths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating District, the Capital Value of whoße properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said District, is collectively greater than the Capital Value of the properties of the ratepayers who did not su consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves by way of a Special Order the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £1660 for the purpose of Forming, Culverting, and Metalling about ten miles of the Ahoroa road within the Ahoroa Special Rating District and hereby declares that the first year's interest on the said Loan shall be payable out of monies eo raised.
