IN Pursuance of the Licensing Act 1908, and the .Legislature Act 1908, and their Amendments, I, James Ennis Hull, Substitute Return- 1 ing Officer for the Licensing District of Taumarunui, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be noon of the 27th day of February, 1915, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the 9th day of March 1915. Every person desirous of becoming a Candidate must ba nominated by not less than two electors of the district by a nomination papar in the prescribed form delivered to the Returning Offier on or before noon on the 27th day of Feb-® ruary 1915.
