RUMOURS OF RAID London Thursday A message from Copenhagen states' that the Kaiser's viist to haven in conjunction with the warning given to commercial shipping, may be interpreted as the prologue td impoitant events on the sea. It is rumoured that Germany will try to engage the British fleet in Bouthern waters, while another squadron will go full speed to the north, with the object of covering the landing of troops in England. It is persistently stated in Sociul Democratic papers that great contingent of troops were gathering at Wilhelmshaven during the time of the Scarborough raid.
