RUSSIANS DESTROY A RAIDER. Wellington, Thursday. The Prime Minister has rhcaived the following cable from the High Commisisoner in London: —'"Petrograd reports that on Monday a Zeppelin appeared above Libau, the Russian naval base in the Baltic, and managed to drop bombs on the undefended paft of the town, but after being fired at by guns of the fortß it fell into the water. Small craft destroyed the Zeppeflin, and the crew were taken prisoners."
