THE Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to rßise a Special Loan of Six thousand five hundred and fifty pounds (£6550) for ihe purpose of: — 1. Suction producer, gas engine and dynamo, accessories, foundations and erection £3,200 2. Switch-board additions 85 3. Mains improvements 700 4. Main extensions 438 5. Paymment of balance owing on original contract £Bso,Cambridge gas producer £3OO, Temporary plant charges £2OO, Post and Telegraph Department's charges £125, Consulting Engineer's fees £lO2 1577 6. Contingencies, Engineer- : ing, first year's interest, flotation expenses, etc. 550 and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding Five-eights cf a penny (fd) in the £ upon the Unimproved Value of the whole of the Borough, for the purpose or providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding 36£ years.
