THE FIGARO'S STATEMENT. London, Thursday. Members of the Rumanian Sanitary Commission, who have been visiting the battlefields, delclared that Rumania has decided 4o liberate . her ally compatriots oppressed under th 9 Hungarian yoke. Tha Figaro states that Italy. Rumania, Bulgaria, and Greece are about to enter the war, Italy and Rumania attacking Austria, and Bulgaria and Greece settling accounts with Turkey.
