IN pursuance of Section 348 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," notice is hereby given that the following amendment By-law has been adopted by the Borough Council and will come into operation on the 13th February, 1915 ; " That the inner area By-law Part 16, Clause No. I, Page 67, of ' the Borough By-laws, be hereby rescinded and the following Bylaw duly substituted: —" All that portion of the Borough of Te Kuiti contained in Blocks 8 and 10 of the Te Kuiti Native Township."
