Contingencies, Engineering, first year's interest, flotation expenses, etc. 550 £6550 and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding five-eights of a penny (|d) in the £ upon the Unimproved Value of the whole of the Borough, for the purpose or providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund chargea during the currency the said loan, which will bo for a period not exceeding 36£ years. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Te Kuiti will be taken on FRIDAY, the 19th day of February 1915, between the hours of 9 a.m and n p.m., upon the proposal of the Te Kuiti Borough Council to raise a Special Loan of Six thousand five hundred and fifty pounds (£6550) under the provisions n£ "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1913," for the purpose of:— 1.
