DECLARATION OP ENEMY
Copenhagen, Thursday.
Hamburg, Lubeck, and Cuxhaven have been declared to he in a state of siege. No reason is assigned for the declaration, but it is supposed to be a precautionary measure against the possibility of a British attack.
