BANK FUNDS THREATENED. r~» ~i Sofia, Sunday. A ta'egram from Constantinople says the Porte's finances are in an acute state. The Government are placing the Constantinople Board of the Ottoman Bank provisionally under a curatorium during the war to provide financial relief.
