London, Wednesday
Bishop Weldon, lecturing at the Educational .Conference, analysed German "Kultui" as aritagoniem to Britain bv Germany. It meant that not only two systems but two theories of education were being fought as rivals. The highest duty of a citizen was self-sacrifice to the-State, but State worship went further. In Germany It was above religion. If the interests of the State conflicted with the law of Chrisr, then it was Christ that must go.
