Mr Breen, secretary of the Dunedin Political Representation Committee, telegraphed to the Premier yesterday, urging him to exercise the power conferred by section 237 of the Legislature Act, and declare Mr Munro's election for Dunedin Central valid. Mr Massey replied thtt he was advised the matter did not come under that section of the Act.
