CONSCRIPTION IN BRITAIN.
WARNING TO YOUNG MEN. London, Monday. Dr McNamara, Parliamentary and Financial Secretary to the Admiralty, in a.speech at the Browning Settlement, said that if the thousands of young men who had not answered their country's call thought they were going to enjoy freedom and immunity, at the other fellow's expense, they would not enjoy it long.
