THE ZAMBESI CONDEMNED,

The .Chief Justice, delivering reserved judgment in the Zambesi case, held the agents were carrying despatches of the utmost importance. Furthermore, the agents actusliy subchartered the ship to the enemy Government. The Chief Justice, therefore, held the Federal Government's claim for the condemnation of the ship and cargo to be sustained.
