GREECE AND TURKEY. London, Monday. A Greek non-commissioned naval officer and on attache at the Greek Legation in Constantinople were arreßted on a charge of spying on ships leaving the port. They were tried, and sentenced to death. Greece demanded that they be handed over to the Legation. Turkey refused.
