In the matter of "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1913" "Tbe Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act 1913" and "The Local Bodips Loans Act 1913". 1 HEREBY give public notice that at a Pell of Ratepayers of the Borough uf Te Kuiti duly taken on Friday the 16th October 1914 upon the proposal of the Te Kniti Borough Council to raise a Special Loan,of Two thousand pounds (£2000) under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Aet-1913" for the purposp of meeting the Council's undertaking with the Audit Department-to refund a sum of £IOOO to Loan Account No. 2 for the repayment of the original stone crusher and road roller; repaying coßt of Becond stone crusher and fittings, also quarry land at Te Kumi, not authorised in Loan No. 5 schedule, and now taken exception to by the Audit Department; contingencies, first year's interest, flotation expenses etc.; the voting upon such loan proposal was sb follows: — FOR the proposal 67 AGAINST the proposal 25 • Informal 1 And I hereby declare such loan proposal to be duly CARRIED.
