PROTECTORATE PROCLAIMED

Sir E. Grey has given notice announcing the Protectorate States in view of the stats of war arising from Turkey's action. Turkey's suzeraintry in Egypt naa terminated and Britain will adapt all measures for the defence of Egypt and the [jrotection of ita inhabitants and interests.
