VIENNA ENTRENCHING
Vienna has been strongly entrenched and is surrounded by high tension electric wires. The city is filled with rofugets, and food is very dear, while supplies are dwindling. There is strong feeling against Germany, nnd it is predicted that the Viennese will seek torms of peace the moment the sound of Russian guns is heard.
