Southern Horses can run at Te Kuiti on 13th, continue training at Te Kuiti and run at Hamilton on 19th and 20th, thus having three days' racing in one week. NOMINATIONS. ■ Nominations for all events close on Friday, Jan. 22nd, at 9 p.m. Handicaps will appear Monday, Feb. Ist, in Auckland " Herald " and " Star." Acceptances for all events close on Saturday, Feb. 6th, at 8 p.m., with the Secretary, Te Kuiti. No nomination or acceptance will be acknowledged unless accompanied BY REGULATIONS. All stakes paid in full. Owners responsible for all penalties. All entries to be addressed to the Secretary, P.O. Box 11, Te Kuiti, or to Mr. R. Wynyard, Auckland. Entrance money must be enclosed with name, age, pedigree, name of owner and owner's colours. Any jockey liding except in colours entered will be fined one guinea. All disput:s, claims, and protests arising out of fhe racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final. In no case will tickets of admission be issued to trainers or jockeys unless on production of licenses to the. Secretary. The Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to. In races Nos. 2, 5,6, and 8 the winner of not exceeding 35 sovs. in value shall carry a penalty of slbs; not exceeding 70 sovs. in value a penalty of /lbs; and over 70 sovs. in value a penalty of lolbs. In races Nos. 3, 4, and 7 the winner of any race alter the declaration oi weights not exceeding 7S sovs in value shall carry a penalty of slbs; not exceeding 120 sovs in value a penalty of 7lbs; and over 120 sovs. in value a penalty of lOlbs.
