PEOPLE'S PICTURES

The fourth installment of the serial story, Lucille Love, will be scraened this evening.and the events portrayed are becoming more interesting and absorbing each week. The etar picture, for this evening's programme is one of extreme merit, and is entitled "The Water Rats of London." A complete change of programme will be screened m Thursday and Friday, and will include the great star picture, "When Pierxot Meets Pieretta," backed by a powerful supporting programme, of which details appear in our advertisement columns. EMPRESS PICTURES. The principal feature for to-night's programme is a sensational drama entitled "The Golden Beetle," • one of the famous Cine's productions in four patts. The supporting programme is of exceptional merit. For Thursday and Friday another star picture in four parts will be screened, entitled "The Lure of London." The usual matinee will be given on Saturday afternoon at 2.30.

KENNEDY MUSICAL COMPANY. Next Friday evening in the People's Picture Palace, the above company flhould have a crowded house to welcome them to Te Kuiti. Throughput their world tour they have received the approval of the musicloving public and the press, and from many parts of the Dominion, criticism of the highest praise has been bestowed on the company. As instrumentalists the members stand amongst the first-rankers and with the assistance of Miss Dorothy Grace, soprano, atid Miss Koae Fitzgerald, contralto, the public of Te Kuiti have a musical treat in store for them next Friday.
