REINFORCEMENTS FROM GARRISON. HEROIC BELGIAN CHARGES. Received this day, 8.50 a.m. Amsterdam, Friday. The Telegraph states the Bavarians reinforced the Germans near Ypres. The garrisons of centra] Belgium have been in order to reinforce the front. Many hostages are held in Baglium an towns. One Belgian regiment made seven bayonet attacks one night hetween Nieuport and Dixttiude. Of 240 only fifty survived.
One submarine has been put together at Zeebruge
