PRINCE LOUIS OF BATTENBURG.
RESIGNS PROM .ADMIRALTY. Received Friday, 8.20 p.m. London, Friday. Official—Frince Louis of Battenhurg has resigned from the Admiralty TRIBUTE BY MP. CHURCHILL. Receied this "day, 12.20 a.m. London, Friday. Prince Louis of .Battenburg, in a letter to the Hon. Me Churchill, said he was driven to tha painful conclusion that his birth and parentage were impairing in soma respects his usefulness on the Board; therefore it was his duty as a loyal subject to resign. Mr Churchill paid a warm tribute to the Prince for his services. The present was a life and death struggle exciting terrible racial passions. Prince Louis' decision showed the same spirit wherein Prince Maurice gavß his life.
