ENEMY'S INTEMPERANCE.
WOUNDED NEGLECTED APPALLING CONDITIONS. Paris, Friday. The well-known French writer, Maricfe Barres, who has visited Alsace, states that the French found the Germans' ambulance organisation at Rain-e-Etape, near Luneville, in an apnalling condition as a result of the doctors' intemperance. Eootriß were full of wounded and mangled bodies which had been dead over a week. Soma of the wounded had remained several days with operations half finished. In one room were stacks of corrupting dead.
