Berne, Satuiduy. The German Legation invited a number of Swisß to inspect dumdums taken from French and British soldiers. The Swiss champion rifle shot Edtadel Hofen declared that all had been roughly and recently altered by means of a file. He concluded that the exhibition was specially - pre pared.
