BELGIAN ARMY ARRIVED
Ostend, Sunday,
The Belgian Army and a British force Tvith tho King of the Belgians lias arrived safely. The Central Exchange correspondent at The Hague reports that the Germans are swiftly moving on Ostend, hoping to capture the King and the Government.
