BELGIUM ARMY RETREATS,

A Maroni wireless- message from Beriln states that it ia declared at the German headquarters that Antwerp has been in possession of the Germans since Friday. The Belgian garrison has left the neighbourhood of the forts, only a few of which remain in possession of the Belgians.
