GUARDS' SEVERE LOSSES. c ».? Received Tuesday, 8.40 p.m. Parife, Tuesday. The German attack eastward of Rheims was renewed with unavailing violence. Two battalions of the Prussian Guards were wipad out on Monday. The Guards Corps losseß are tremendous. Some regiments have lost all their officers. The failure to advance is accompanied by severe loss in killed, wounded, prisoners and guns.
