In the matter of "The" Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913 " "The Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1913" and "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 19i3-" THE Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan of Two Thousand pounds (£2000) for the purpose of: (1) Meeting the Council's undertaking with the Audit Department to refund a sum of £IOOO to Loan Account No. 2 for the repayment of theoriginal stone crusher and road roller. £IOOO (2) Repaying cost of second stone crusher and fittings, also quarry land at Te Kumi, not authorised in Loan No. 5 schedule, and now taken exception to by the Audit Department. 8 5° (3) Contingenceis, first years Interest, fiotatioo expenses, etc. 150
£2OOO and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding One Farthing (%d) in the £ upon the Unimproved Value of the whole of the Borough, for the purposd of providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding years.
