'Mb WAI TO MO COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL OEDER. SPECIAL. ORDER authorising tht raising of of £SOOO over the Kio Kio Special Rating District oi the Waitomo County for the purpose of Forming, Culverting, and Metalling the Otorohanga-Kihikihi road, the Kio Kio road, and portion of the Mangaorongu and Puketarata roads within the Waitomo County. A Special Meeting to confirm the following Special Order (passed by the Waitomo Couity Council at its meeting held in Te Kuiti on the 21st September, 1914), will be held at the County Office, Te Kuiti, on the 19th day of October, 1914. Moved by Cr Potts and seconded by Cr Gregg—"That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf enabling by the Counties Aet 1908 and amenments thereto the Local Bodies Loans Aet 1913 and in particular by section 16 of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913 and all other Acts if any it enabling and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Kio Kio Special Rating District testified by a petition signed by not lesß than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating District the Capital value of whose properties as appsaring on the Valuation Roll of the ! said district is' collectively greater than the Capital values of the properties of the ratepayeis who did not- so consent the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves by way of a Special Order that the Waitomo County Coun-. cil hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £SOOO for the purpose of Forming Culverting and Metalling the Otorohanga-Kihikihi road the Kio Kio road and portions of the Mangaorongo and Puketarata roads within the Kio Kio Special Rating District in the Waitomo County and hereby declares that the first year's interest on the said loan shall bfl payable out of the moneys so raised."
