FAVOURABLE TO ENGLAND. Wellington, Thursday. The High Commissioner reports from London on September 17th: — "The anti-neutralitv agitation is spreading in Italy. Resolutions have been passed urging the Government to take action lest they lose the chance of extending the national boundaries. Nationalists, Republicans, and Socialists have joined in patriotic demonstrations. Public feeling is decidedly favourable to England."
