BOROUGH OF TE KUITI. In the matter of "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913 ""The Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1913" and "The- Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913-" THE Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan of Two Thousand pounds (£2000) for the purpose of: — (1) Meeting the Council's undertaking 'with the Audit Department to refund a sum of £IOOO to Loan Account No. 2 for the repayment of theoriginal stone crusher and road roller. i£IOOO (2) Repaying cost of second stone crusher and fittings, also quarry land at Te Kumi, not authorised in Loan No. $ schedule, and now taken exception to by the Audit Department. 850 (3) Conttngenceis, firstjyears Interest, flotation expenses, etc. 150 £2OOO and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding in the £ upon the Unimproved Value of the whole of the Borough, for the purposd of providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding years. : It is proposed to pay out of the said loan the cost of raising same together with the first year's interest thereon.
