BRUSSELS RE-OCCUPIED.

GERMANS IN RETREAT. Wellington, Monday. The High Commissioner reports from London: — "It ia reported that Brussels has been recaptured by an 'Anglo-Bel-gium' force of 75,000." Other reports from Belgium state that the Germans have been defeated between Louvain and Brussels. The Belgians have pushed forward a vigorous offensive south of Lierre. The line of the Germans' retreat in Belgium is marked by a trail of outrages, which are substantiated by refugees who have reached England.
