CROWN PRINCE'S CHARGE.
FRENCH USE DUMDUMS. THE ACCUSATION DENIED. Received this day, 9.10 a.m. The Hague, Tuesday. Teleerarrs from Berlin atate the Crown Prince after the surrender of Lonwgy took the French commander's proffered Bword, and contrary to all military custom broke it, saying, "You fought us dishonourably; your soldiers used dumdums.' The commander replied this was the first time he had heard of the French army using dum-dums. Berlin correspondents of Dutch papers say they were Bhown the supposed dum-dums alleged to have been found, and declare these have no resemblance whatever to dum-dums.
