- PROCEEDING TO FRANCE INDIAN TROOPS ON THE WAY / Received this'day, 9.5 a.m. - London, Friday Earl Kitchener, in the House of Lords, announced that additional reinforcements would shortly be proceeding to France, The Government had decided reinforcement by two divisions and a cavalry division, besides other troops frsm India. The first contingent was on its way, employing two divisions of Indian natives. All wastage in the army in France was being immediately filled up'
