FREIGHT BY TRANSPORT
THE PROBABLE CHARGES Wellington, Wednesday It is announced in shipping circles here that the Government, which )B throwing open a good deal of space on its ten transports for New Zealand produce intended for the Home market, will not chargo any advance on the usual freight rates. Insurance against the war risk is not definitely settled, but is likely to be 4 per cent .
