DISARRANGED BY WAR There is naturally some disarrangement of the oversea mails in consequence of the war, but the ordinary services will be maintained as far as possible. The Postal Department has notified that there will be no despatch of the San Francisco or Vancouver mails on next timetable dates. It is probable the despatches will be made a few days later, but no definite assurance can be given on the matter
