MONTENEGRIN SUCCESS IN BOSNIA.
ByTolecrapix.—Press Association— Oopyrigiii To-day's cables give details of the occupation of the Belgian capital by the Germans. The advancing ,Germans appeared in overwhelming force and threatened to lay Brussels in ruins if a shot was fixed from the trenches. After a consultation between the commander of the allied forces and the civic authorities it was decided to offer no resistance. The Belgians and Germans came into conflict at Louvit and an undecided engagement was fought, both sides retiring. The Belgians now occupy the field of Waterloo. *. The Servians and Montenegrins have scored successes against the Austrian forces and the French and British fleets have swept the Adriatic.
