Newton King's weekly raport:— On Friday, 7th inst, at Mangere, for Mr W. (i. Tozat'a clearing Bale I had a fair attendance, but with very few enquiries for dairy Htock. Only the forward cowa were sold, fur which pricea were obtained as follows: £5 153 to £lO sa, i : cows £3, yearling heifers £2 7a 6d, yearling bull £1 17b, store pigs £1 Bs. At Urenui on Monday, 10th inst., yearling steers made from £2 2a'6d to £3 Bs, 2yr steers £4 7s, fat and forward cows £5 6s to £G 7s Gd, store cows £3 59 to £4 10s, aged cowa £2 to £2 7s 6d, springing cows £6 to £6 10s, springing heifer t £4 10s to £5 15s, empty mixed aged ewes 14b.
At liahotu on Tuesday, 11th inst., yearling heifers made £1 13s 6d, Btore cows £3 17s to £4 Gs, springing heifers £4 10s to £8 10s, dairy cows £5 15s to £7.
