Dr Liebknesht refused to serve aa a reserve officer and was arrested, courtrriartailled, and shot by a platoon of infantry He also stated Rosa ReKuxamberg, a Socialist writer, was also shot for declaring the soldiers were being maltreated, the military breaking up an anti-war meeting, and firing on the demonstrators
