It comprises 26 army corps, and the disposition of most of them has been ascertained It is evident that the mass of the enemy's forces is concentrated between Liege and Luxemburg along a front of nearly 80 miles ASSAULT ON LIEGE FORCE SPECIALLY MOBILISED London, Thursday J.t is now evident that the Germans' enterprise at Liege was undertaken before the main army was ready, by a force the mobilisation of which was specially effected before the declaration of war The nroblem of moving and feeding the masses of troops marchingthrough the Rhine country is proving difficult German prisoners admit that the forces are suffering privations due to shortness of food. Reports are circulated that a pitched battle is to be fought in Belgium immediately, but theße are doubted
